We purchased a Mercury hot tub from Award Leisure in Lincoln and have nothing but praise for the entire transaction from the sales staff to the final installation staff. Absolutely brilliant. Kept us up to date on delivery times, surveyed the possible spot for our tub and carefully worked out the easiest way to get the tub into place, then full explanations of how to look after the water. Highly recommend using them.

So so pleased with my new spa. I have the Westwood model. It looks really good in my courtyard, especially at night. I can’t stop using it. Thank you to all the staff that work at Award Leisure. I've called them with a million questions since it was fitted, and every time they are kind and helpful.

Delivery of my beautiful tub was on Friday 4th March, I cannot thank Award Leisure enough for the help, guidance, professionalism, and communication throughout my journey. I would like to say a big shout out to Lewis in sales, Phil the electrician, Sophie who communicated with me about delivery as I had a crane involved and telephone lines taken down, the crane guys from ABA Crane Hire were fantastic, Daniel the hot tub technician, and Cooper. Daniel guided and patiently explained the operation and controls, none of this would have happened if it were not for you guys all working as a great team. I can’t tell you enough how highly delighted I am with the service.

Having missed several holidays abroad, my wife and I were on the outskirts of Lincoln, and noted the ‘show site’ of Award Leisure, and my wife ‘persuaded’ me to view their Hot Tubs and complimentary equipment, as she appeared to believe I had some spare finance available. I happen to be one of those people that every salesman or lady dreads, as I am impossible to sell to and ask all sorts of difficult questions. The young lady at Lincoln, was superb. She evidently ‘weighed’ me up very carefully and did not even attempt any sort of ‘Hard Sell’ Her knowledge of all the Hot Tubs and Spas that Award Leisure sell was excellent, not only of the range, but what they all did and how they worked. My wife and I left the site an hour or two later, and the deposit was paid. We understood that delivery times were difficult due to the serious ongoing Covid issues in 2021, but Award Leisure kept us fully informed. They advised on the preparation and sizing of the area in which the Hot Tub was to be situated, and even undertook a home visit to satisfy me that all was in order. When the Hot Tub was delivered, the ‘Crew’ were highly professional, and the whole installation was very carefully carried out with great respect for my property. After installation the whole running and care of the hot tub was explained and notes given. We were even supplied with a ‘welcome’ kit of basic chemical necessities, Robes and a bottle of Bubbles ! We chose to join the maintenance programme that Award Leisure offer, which for us meant that any issues that may occur were rapidly dealt with. Award Leisure are a lovely company to deal with. They are always only a phone call away to advise, and when as sometimes happens a fault does occur, their service in putting everything right was a credit to them. My wife uses the Hot Tub almost daily, and even I can be persuaded to take a dip, but really I think the dear lady prefers it on her own, or with friends ! If you have any interest in Hot Tubs or Spas, then I recommend Award Leisure to you

This is one of the best hot tubs we have ever experienced. It’s a great size, the quality of the finish is excellent and it performs very well so far. Installation was very good - thank you to the two lads who came and fitted it, trouble free and efficiently. The temperature holds well so clearly very well insulated. Instructions from the installation team were very thorough so have had no trouble keeping it at the right chemical levels. We are loving it. Highly recommend Award Leisure and would most definitely be the first port of call should we ever need to buy another one.

5*everything!! From choosing, buying, installation and follow-up customer services we received a 5* service... second to none. Everyone we dealt with along the way was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and prepared to go that extra mile to ensure this new experience of owning a hot tub.... we have only had it a week but already we are loving it....thank you.
